Please be reminded that leaving your junk mail on the ground and littering is not allowed. We all want our neighborhood to be clean and littering it all over the ground is not how we want our neighborhood to look. In addition, it can easily be blown away by wind.

The HOA is in the process of requesting a trashcan from the garbage collection company so we can all have a place where we can drop unwanted mail pieces.

Also, please be advised that this area is also under our security camera system. Infractors may receive an HOA notice of violation with the corresponding dollar penalty.
